Policy #
This policy and procedure outlines how Lexis Training will manage and monitor student attendance and participation in vocational education and training (VET) units.
Scope #
This policy and procedure applies to students participating in VET courses at Lexis Training.
To comply with legislative, Lexis Training will provide evidence of student engagement through student attendance to class and participation in the online and face to face environment.
To provide this evidence, Lexis Training maintains records of student non participation. These records are:
- entered in Axcelerate (SMS)
- reported to the Australian VET Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS) reporting requirements
