Scope #

This document and the policy and procedure set out in it apply to all activities related to the enrolment of students by Lexis Training and all individuals and/or organisations employed or contracted by Lexis Training to be responsible for and/or involved in the enrolment of students in courses offered by Lexis Training.
This document and the policy and procedure set out in it exist in the context of all other Lexis Training Policy and Procedure documentation, in particular, the Lexis Training Marketing Policy and Procedure and the Student Recruitment Policy and Procedure. These provide key context and should be read together with this document.

Purpose #

The purpose of this document is to set out the policy and procedure adhered to by Lexis Training and its staff with respect to all aspects of offering and accepting enrolments for students. The core principle of this policy is to confirm that Lexis Training will ensure appropriate information is made available to prospective students through the process of application, offer and acceptance via written agreement for any and all enrolments at Lexis Training and that Lexis Training complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements, such as those set out in Australian consumer law, the National Code 2018, and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 (RTO Standards).
In its recruitment of students, Lexis Training prioritises the protection of the rights of potential international and domestic students as well as the protection of the reputation of Lexis Training and of the Australian Vocational education industry.
